The homestay is part of a posh colony, Sultanpur Estate, in South Delhi. It is located in its annexe, across its well maintained lawn. The annexe has five guest rooms with private balconies facing the lawn including a family suite. It provides for sit-out areas like a lounge, dining room and a sunny terrace garden on top of all the rooms. The homestay is artistically designed in western style with spacious rooms and modernly equipped attached bathrooms. The most attractive sit out area is the main lawn facing the annexe.

The purpose behind the construction of Minar was for the use of mu'azzin (crier) to give calls for prayer. Qutab Minar is made up of red and buff sandstone, containing intricate carvings and verses from the Holy Quran. The Minar also contains numerous inscriptions in Arabic and Nagari characters, which narrate its history.
